Your data processed when using my website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations and no other information is provided below on individual processing procedures.

Server data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted to me or to my web space provider by your Internet browser. With these so-called server log files, the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have switched to my Internet presence (referrer URL), the website(s) of my Internet presence that you visit, the date and time of the respective access and the IP address of the Internet connection from which the use of my Internet presence takes place are collected.

This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of my website.

The data will be deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is excluded from deletion in whole or in part until the final clarification of an incident.

I use so-called cookies on my website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are placed and stored on your end device by the Internet browser you use. These cookies are used to process certain information from you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, on an individual basis.

This processing makes my website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as the processing enables, for example, the reproduction of my website in different languages or the offer of a shopping cart function.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, insofar as these cookies are processed for the initiation or execution of a contract.

If the processing does not serve to initiate or execute a contract, my legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of my website. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

These session cookies are deleted when you close your Internet browser.

b) Third-party cookies

My website may also use cookies from partner companies with whom I cooperate for the purposes of advertising, analysis or the functionalities of my website.

Contact requests / contact option

If you contact me via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The provision of the data is necessary for processing and answering your request – without their provision, I cannot answer your request or can only answer it to a limited extent.

Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics on my website. This is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

Through the certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU are also complied with when processing data in the USA.

The Google Analytics service is used to analyze the usage behavior of my website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of my website.

Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to my website, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. This function allows Google to shorten the IP address within the EU or EEA.

The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide me with an evaluation of the visit to my website and the usage activities there. This data can also be used to provide other services related to the use of my website and the use of the Internet.

Google states that it will not associate your IP address with any other data. In addition, Google keeps under

https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners

for further information on data protection law, including, for example, the options for preventing the use of data.

Google also offers at

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

a so-called deactivation add-on together with further information on this. This add-on can be installed with the most common Internet browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you visit my website. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about your visit to my website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to me or to other web analysis services. Of course, you can also find out whether and which other web analysis services I use in this privacy policy.

Google Maps

I use Google Maps on my website to display my location and to provide directions. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

Through the certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

Google guarantees that the data protection requirements of the EU are also complied with when processing data in the USA.

In order to enable the display of certain fonts on my website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when my website is accessed.

If you call up the Google Maps component integrated into my website, Google stores a cookie on your device via your Internet browser. Your user settings and data are processed in order to display my location and create directions. I cannot rule out the possibility that Google uses servers in the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in optimizing the functionality of my website.

Through the connection to Google established in this way, Google can determine from which website your request has been sent and to which IP address the directions are to be transmitted.

If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. Details on this can be found above under “Cookies”.

In addition, the use of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is subject to the Google Terms of Use https://policies.google.com/terms?gl=DE&hl=de and the Terms and Conditions for Google Maps https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the optimization and economic operation of my website.
